>> STEP 1:
Right click on the download link (see left) and choose to save the file you your disk. (Note: You may see this option as 'save target as' or 'download linked file' depending on which web browser you use).

If you open it in your browser instead, you can click on the save icon that you'll see at the top left and save it out from there.

>> STEP 2:
Once you've downloaded, you should open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 6 or above). You can download reader for free from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/
